Italy at Christmas time is the best!

Open the Door to Christmas in Italy
Very much I love Christmas. Every year for a long time I have not stayed in Italy but always I take my family to find another country to spend Christmas. I have spent Christmas in Spain, Germany and England - even one year in New York but for many years not in my own country of Italy.
Last year I change all this and decide to spend Christmas in Venice with my family. It was a lovely time, so much the traditional Christmas I like very much, better than all the Christmas before where it was much about money and buying things and not much about what Christmas is meant to be. This time for Christmas in Venice we went to lovely concerts in church and had very good food on Vigilia di Natale (Christmas Eve).
I like very much the American and English Turkey and even the Christmas pudding in England. I have eaten goose in Germany for Christmas but the Christmas dinner in Italy with good ham, ravioli pasta and a nice prosecco and then a good roast is beautiful and not a better Christmas dinner to be found. Best of all I love the panettone.
